In Early Childhood Education, each table is supervised by kitchen staff and a teacher. From Primary Education to High School, students are supervised by teachers and kitchen staff, in sufficient numbers to monitor the students.

The goal is for each student to assimilate habits and rules that facilitate good table manners. The aim is to get them used to eating everything.
